MSA announced today the hiring of Keith Gengler, PE, as a senior project engineer in the firm’s Quad Cities office location.

Gengler joins MSA as a 30-year former resident engineer with the Illinois Department of Transportation. In this role, he supervised and managed substantial and complex highway construction projects in Region 2, District 2, preparing plans and specifications proposals, managing Illinois DOT and consultant personnel, inspecting project materials and performing all work to the highest degree of quality assurance and policy.

Mr. Gengler earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Illinois.
