MSA is pleased to announce the addition of Karrie Willis, Chief Financial Officer at SMITH, to the firm’s board of directors.

Willis brings over 28 years of experience to the MSA board, particularly in the arenas of financial organization, board leadership, mergers and acquisitions, ERP system implementation and change management. In her current role as CFO at SMITH, she is responsible for the financial management of the company as well as human resources, data privacy and security, and investor relations. Karrie also has been an instrumental leader for SMITH’s M&A initiatives and is the executive sponsor and member of the company’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. SMITH is a global full-service digital agency with expertise in commerce technology, custom architecture and software development.
