MSA announced today the return of Greg Crowe, AICP, to the firm as a Project Manager in Champaign, Illinois.
Crowe re-joins MSA after nearly three years as the Assistant Director of Economic & Community Development for the City of Decatur, Illinois. Prior, he served for nearly nine years as a client service manager at MSA, connecting new and existing clients with MSA’s professionals and services. In his new role, Greg will help grow the firm’s Champaign-based team and manage new public works and planning projects and partnerships across the state of Illinois.
Greg is a skilled community planner and facilitator with expertise in economic development, financial management, TIF District administration, community funding and regulatory design. Greg holds American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) accreditation and earned a master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as well as a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Illinois Wesleyan University.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Greg back to MSA,” commented Jason Miller, PE, Vice President and Water service line lead. “His first-hand planning, funding and community development experience lends itself extremely well to this new role as a project manager. Greg truly understands the challenges communities face — and how MSA can help find the right solutions.”
