MSA is proud to recognize the accomplishments of Carson Jenks, PE, who recently earned Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
To earn a PE license, engineers must hold a four-year degree in engineering from an accredited engineering program, work under a professional engineer for at least four years, pass two intensive competency exams and earn a license from the state licensure board. PE licensure is the engineering profession’s highest standard of competence – a symbol of achievement, assurance of quality and commitment to ethical standards of practice.
Carson joined MSA in 2020 with over four years of electrical engineering experience and serves as an electrical project engineer in the firm’s Milwaukee office location. His expertise spans a wide range of work for public and private clients alike, conducting electrical work for building infrastructure including the design of power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering with an emphasis on building electrical systems from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
“I’m excited to congratulate Carson on attaining PE licensure,” commented Mike Statz, chief operating officer at MSA. “This is a significant professional milestone and proof of dedication to integrity and quality of work. Carson is an integral component of our company’s growing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) team and I look forward to his continued contributions moving forward.”
