MSA announced today the promotion of Greg Gunderson, Sean Spromberg, and Jason Testin to the roles of Operations Leaders within the firm’s Water, Mobility, and Buildings service lines.

Greg Gunderson, PE, ENV SP, has been named Operations Leader for the firm’s Water service line where he will oversee MSA’s wastewater teams and focus on the growth and diversification of MSA’s wastewater engineering and operations services across firm geographies. Greg joined MSA in 2005 and has 20 years of industry experience specializing in the planning, design, funding, construction, and commissioning of wastewater treatment and pumping facilities. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois and Wisconsin.

Sean Spromberg, PE, has been named Operations Leader for the firm’s Mobility service line. In this role, he will oversee a program of transportation, structural, construction management, airport, and real estate acquisition professionals with a continued focus on diversification and geographic growth. Sean joined MSA in 2016 and has over 20 years of industry experience managing transportation, structural, municipal, and site civil engineering projects across the country. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in California, Minnesota, and Wisconsin

Jason Testin, DES, has been named Operations Leader for MSA’s Buildings service line where he will oversee a growing team of architects, structural engineers, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) professionals companywide. Jason joined MSA in 2023 with the acquisition of Fredericksen Engineering, Inc. He has over 24 years of experience designing building mechanical systems for municipalities, schools, manufacturing centers, and recreational facilities. Jason is a licensed Designer of Engineering Systems (DES) in the state of Wisconsin.
