Jaime joined MSA in 2003 and has over two decades of experience with a variety of transportation projects. Jaime’s background lies in transportation engineering, and in 2019, she was named MSA’s Digital Design and Construction Information Manager. In 2022, Jaime also assumed the role of team leader for the firm’s design technology group, where she focuses on enhancing the use of digital tools for design delivery as well as driving innovation throughout the company.
In 2025, Jaime was promoted to the role of Director of Applied Technology and Innovation in which she leads firmwide initiatives and advancements in technology and will continue to lead a growing team in support of digital design pursuits and technology-enabled solutions.
Jaime brings a passion for leveraging technology and digital tools to drive innovation to enhance the design delivery process, value, and quality for clients. Her forward-thinking approach and dedication to leveraging technology make her a key asset in advancing the company’s digital capabilities.
Jaime holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Wisconsin. She has been a presenter for the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC)’s “Digital Transformation” webinar series and panelist at the Environmental Financial Consulting Group’s Technology Leadership Conference, speaking on the topics of digital design and delivery, industry trends, and firm adoption strategies. Jaime will sit on ACEC’s Technology Leadership Committee leading discussion on data and artificial intelligence for the AEC Industry.
