MSA Professional Services, Inc. (MSA) is proud to recognize the accomplishments of four talented engineers who have earned their professional engineering (PE) licenses in Wisconsin.
Mr. Falch works with MSA’s airport clients on a variety of aviation projects including reconstruction of runways, taxiways, taxilanes, replacement of airfield lighting systems, NAVAIDs, and stormwater improvements for airports throughout Wisconsin. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. Ryan is based out of MSA’s Madison office.
Mr. Rammer focuses on MSA’s municipal clients designing sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, roadway and civil site plans. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Dan works out of MSA’s Appleton office.
Mr. Rockweiler is an agricultural engineer and based out of the firm’s Baraboo office. He concentrates on farm site and stormwater design, process systems design and analysis, and construction management. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
Justin Weiss, PE
Mr. Weiss works with MSA’s airport clients on a variety of aviation projects including hangar area development, fueling systems, terminal area improvements, and runway reconstructions for airports throughout Wisconsin. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
