MSA announced today the elevation of four professionals to new leadership roles within the firm.
Joe DeYoung, PE, has been selected to serve as regional manager for the Public Works service line in the firm’s eastern region as well as the new market lead for county and local government clients in the state of Wisconsin. He will lead multiple teams of professionals in the development and expansion of street, water, wastewater, stormwater housing and general municipal work.
Raine Gardner, PE, has been chosen to serve as team leader within the firm’s Land service line, with a concentration on Parks and Recreation and Public Works projects. In this role, Gardner will lead a team of professionals with expertise in park and recreation, marina and waterfront, landscape architecture, GIS applications, and public works engineering, consulting and management.
Jake Huck, PE, has been promoted to the role of regional manager for the Public Works service line in the firm’s southern region. He will lead multiple teams of professionals in the development and expansion of street, water, wastewater, stormwater, housing, and general municipal work.
Phil Kriesel has been chosen to serve as a team leader within the firm’s Public Works service line. In this role, Kriesel will lead a team of professionals in the management of street, water, wastewater, stormwater, housing and general municipal work.
