MSA announced today the promotion of Jim Holz, AICP, to the role of client success manager. In this role Jim will plan, direct, and coordinate client experience activities both internally and externally, bolstering relationships, services, and business performance in support of organizational goals.
Jim joined MSA in 1997 and has served the firm in a variety of roles including associate planner, team leader, vice president and Iowa program manager, regional manager for Iowa and Illinois, director of client services, and most recently, client service manager and market lead for Iowa county and local governments as well as market lead for private market development. He has been involved in firmwide marketing and sales initiatives, strategic planning efforts, and led the creation of a comprehensive client experience program.
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in geography and land use planning from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. He is a certified planner through the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), an active member of the American Planning Association (APA), APA Iowa Chapter, and member of a variety of local housing and planning commissions, committees, and task forces.
