MSA announces the promotion of five accomplished professionals to the role of team leader within the firm.
Gregg Borucki, Jeff Powell, Dan Rammer, Jason Terry and Lance Teunissen bring years of dedication and a strong demonstration of leadership and commitment to these new positions.

Gregg Borucki, PE, serves as a public works project manager in the firm’s Baraboo office location. Borucki joined MSA in 2014 and will lead a team of eight professionals focused mainly on public works projects, but also delving into site development, park and recreation, water and mobility pursuits across southern and southwestern Wisconsin.
Jeff Powell is a GIS solutions architect based in St. Paul, Minnesota. As a GIS Team Leader, Jeff will help grow and optimize GIS professionals and ArcGIS solutions across 17 office locations in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Powell joined MSA in 2017 and specializes in GIS data analysis and web GIS for asset management.
Dan Rammer, PE, is a public works project manager who joined the firm in 2013. Based in MSA’s Appleton office, Dan’s team will include four other professionals based in both Appleton and Kiel, focused mainly on public works projects and the expansion of company disciplines within those office geographies.
Jason Terry joined MSA in 2007 and serves a senior utility operator based in the firm’s Baraboo office. As team leader, Jason will lead a group of Wisconsin-certified wastewater, potable water and private onsite wastewater treatment systems (POWTS) operators providing contracted operational, reporting, monitoring, inspection, training and on-call services for municipalities across the state.
Lance Teunissen is a senior electrical project engineer in Kiel, Wisconsin. Teunissen joined MSA in 2017 with the acquisition of Muermann Engineering and will lead the Water service line electrical team of professionals in growing our electrical services and capabilities companywide.
