MSA is proud to announce that employee owner Claire Michelson recently earned American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification, highlighting her commitment to the institute’s high standards of practice, ethics and professional conduct.

Claire joined MSA as an intern in 2018 and as a full-time planner in 2019 as part of the company’s Planning + Design Studio. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University and lends her expertise to helping communities of all sizes with zoning review, comprehensive planning, park and recreation planning, downtown planning, GIS mapping, public engagement and funding acquisition. Claire works from MSA’s St. Paul, Minnesota, office location where she is integral in growing the firm’s planning services across greater Minnesota and the upper Midwest.
