In its recently-released rankings of the Largest Wisconsin Engineering Firms in 2019, the Milwaukee Business Journal positioned MSA Professional Services, Inc., as the third largest in the state – a position it maintains for the third year in a row.
The list compares firms based on the number of licensed engineers and the total number of employees within the state of Wisconsin. MSA currently retains 84 Professional Engineers (PEs) on their Wisconsin roster, which comprises 36 percent of their total count of 234 for the state.
“2018 was another strong year of growth for MSA,” commented Gil Hantzsch, CEO. “We completed an update of our firm branding, including the launch of a refreshed website, and completed our inaugural year-long Project Management training course. We continue to work to elevate the client experience, support the professional development of our employee-owners and refine our service offerings as we grow.”
In 2019, MSA will follow suit by maintaining their commitment to internal development. The firm plans to launch its first internal, comprehensive leadership development course, which will serve to fill the leadership pipeline and further cement the culture of servant leadership and employee ownership.
“Wisconsin is where MSA began,” commented Hantzsch, “and we are proud to have launched our years of growth from the roots of this great state.” The 100% employee-owned firm now counts 16 offices in six states, with a mission of strengthening communities and positively impacting the lives of others.
