MSA announced today the hiring of Bill Wehrley, PE, MP, as a senior project manager within the Public Works service line in the firm’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin, location.
Bill joins MSA with over 37 years of civil engineering experience conducting and managing project work for municipal, county, state, and federal clients. 25 of those years were served as City Engineer for the City of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. In this role, Bill led master planning and capital budgeting for the City of Wauwatosa’s roadway, water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer infrastructure. He also managed a team of engineers, office technicians, surveyors, and construction inspectors.
Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and is a licensed Professional Engineer as well as a licensed Master Plumber in the state of Wisconsin.
