Katherine Venske, a real estate assistant in MSA Professional Services’ Madison, Wis., office, was recently added to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Approved Negotiator List.

Consultants on the list are pre-approved to help local entities who may not have sufficient or qualified staff to acquire properties in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.

Venske, who has been with the firm since 2012, has experience with document preparation, reviewing title searches and preparing jurisdictional offer packets, sales studies and acquisition capability statements. She has worked on projects in numerous Wisconsin cities, such as La Crosse, Verona, Reedsburg and Beaver Dam.
